Totem Grid Pilot is an iOS and Android app that helps you find friends at dense venues using iBeacon-based room detection and real-time presence sharing. It is currently in limited pilot testing.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a friend?
Open the app, tap the friend icons in the bottom navigation, then in 'Add a friend', click 'Connect Nearby' to discover and pair with nearby friends. Your friend will appear in your friend list once they accept.
Why isn't my location updating?
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and the app has permission to use Location Services. Go to Settings → Totem Grid → Location and select Always or While Using the App. Always is recommended for best results.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account removal at any time by visiting our account removal page or by contacting support using the email address below.
Is my location data private?
Your location is only shared with friends you explicitly invite. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
